Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 174 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He was only the driver of the vehicle and he has no concern with the alleged wine. Petitioner has no criminal history.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1996 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.
