JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 52943 of 2016, which was rejected vide order dated 10.01.2017 (Annexure-1).

No fresh ground has been argued for reconsidering the prayer for bail. The same is, accordingly, rejected. However, considering the period of detention of the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude it expeditiously preferably within a period of six months.
