The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. case No. 125 of 2019 registered under Section 366A, 120B of the IPC.

The informant disclosed that Ramakant Ram took her minor daughter to do some work in his house on the eve of Lakhraon (worship) but Kamlesh Ram and his sister-in-law, Anita Devi, took her to Lakhaura on the pretext of purchasing clothes.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The victim was recovered and she made her statement u/s 164 of the Cr. P. C and she disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is sister-in-

The victim was in love affairs with Kamlesh Ram and she went along with him but it appears from the statement of the victim that the petitioner and Kamlesh Ram took her to Kathmandu and confined her in a room. Kamlesh Ram tried to forcibly marry her with him. Kamlesh Ram also made attempt to outrage her modesty. The victim is aged about 13 years.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
