Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, they have been shifted to Panchayati Raj, Bihar where they are working. They are now agitating the non-payment as also non-receipt of security deposit by the respondent.

Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent- BSFC submits that all the admitted dues for which the petitioners are entitled to shall be cleared within a period of 12 weeks from today.

In view of the said undertaking given by Shailendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent- BSFC, the writ petition stands disposed of.

It is expected that the petitioner will be getting all the admitted dues within the time frame.
