In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, as a large number of accused persons with 'Farsa', 'Lathi' and Pistol have committed occurrence in this case, let the petitioners surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its

No.384 of 2017 (2) dt.16-01-2017 own merit without being prejudiced of the order of this Court and also considering the fact that there is a case and counter case between the parties and injuries are alleged to be simple in nature.
