2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. No. 562 of 2022/ Balrampur, Telta P.S. Case No. 99 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. One country made pistol and 6 live cartridges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got twenty criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 12.06.2022.

5. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67921 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

7. The District Judge, Katihar is directed to get the trail of all the cases and conclude the same at the earliest including the present case.
