2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence in the order dated 20.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33694 of 2025, the date of custody has wrongly been mentioned as "29.03.2024" instead of "11.01.2025" and the address of the petitioner has also wrongly been mentioned as "Village-Badiberi, P.S.- Mohiuddinagar District-Samastipur" instead of "Village- Sahpur Branati P.S.- Sahpur Patori DistrictSamastipur".
3. In view of the above, let the date of custody be read
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66798 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 as "11.01.2025" and address of the petitioner be read as "Village- Sahpur Branati P.S.- Sahpur Patori DistrictSamastipur" in the order dated 20.06.2025.
4. Accordingly, the order dated 20.06.2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent and the present modification application stands disposed of.
5. Further four weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish the bail bonds granted in terms of the order dated 20.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33694 of 2025.
