2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 308(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleges that when he was strolling in front of his house, the accused person along with ten unknown persons came and surrounded the informant and demanded ransom of Rs. 1 lakh and the petitioner fired at him with his pistol but it missed him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

He further submits that the the present case has been lodged by the informant to pressurize the co-accused Syed Badarudoza and his family members for securing compromise in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. case no. 78/2025. From the bare perusal of the F.I.R it is evident that the allegations against the petitioner are vague and omnibus in nature. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner of causing any injury to any person. There are no independent eye witnesses who have supported the prosecution story. The entire prosecution story is absurd and improbable. He further submits that the matter has been compromised between both the parties and it is simply a case and counter case. The petitioner has six criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, East
