Patna High Court LPA No.1093 of 2017 dt.09-05-2018 2/2 Principal Secretary, Road Construction Department to examine the case and take action in accordance with law, let it be clarified that the Principal Secretary, Road Construction Department will have freedom to examine the matter objectively in the entirety of the materials and evidence which culminated into initial orders of punishment. The observation and finding in reaching the conclusion by the learned Single Judge for passing the order of remand will be limited to the adjudication of the case which led to remand before the Principal Secretary, Road Construction Department.
