2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of writ or in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents concerned to pay the amount of interest of the amount of provident fund of the petitioner because, the petitioner refixed from his job in the year 2003, but his amount of provident fund has been given to him in the year 2017 i.e. lapse of after 14 years that's why the petitioner is legally entitled for the amount of interest at the current market rate on the whole amount of his provident fund, because, the respondent is responsible for non payment of amount of his provident

(ii) for issuance of writ of or in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents concerned to disposed of the representation of this petition dated 28.11.2017 with immediate effect which is in respect to redressal of the grievance of this petitioner.

3. The Provident Fund was released to the petitioner after lapse of a decade.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner as such, submits that the petitioner is liable to be compensated by an increase rate of interest for which he will be approaching the appropriate authority.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
