JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 01-12-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. Petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61040 of 2022. In compliance of order dt. 13.10.2023, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received which has been kept at Flag'X'.

The report of learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari dt. 31.10.2023 suggests that trial is likely to be concluded within 12 months.

In that view of the matter, this application stands disposed off.
