The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner inflicted knife blow to the son of the informant, as a result of which, he sustained injury in his abdomen.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is no allegation of repetition of blow against this petitioner and the injury has been found to be simple in nature by the doctor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

P.S. Case No. 443 of 2021.
