The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 353/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the accused persons demanded ransom amount from the informant and threatened that on non fulfillment of demand, he will be got suspended from service. It is further alleged that assault was also made by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23-07-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner has been falsely implicated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58345 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 in the present case. The petitioner had made application against the informant of the present case before the District Magistrate and for the said reason, the present case has been instituted. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 535 of 2019.
