The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Arer P.S. Case no. 61 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 25.06.2019 at 9.30 P.M., son of informant had gone to take meal at that time, children started throwing rice due to which quarrel took place with each other then petitioner Ram Kumar Kamat, Suman Kamat and Punita Devi @ Mohni Devi came at the door of the informant and started to cause assault to her father-in-law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, only hot talks exchanged at the time of dinner in which father-in-law of the informant fell down on the ground and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59616 of 2019(2) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 sustained injury, but with ulterior motive the informant filed the present case. Moreover, the father in law of the informant was not referred to Government hospital, rather, he was treated in Global Health Pvt. Ltd. and in the Injury Report, nature of injury has not been disclosed. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Benipatti in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
