JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 326A, 326B, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is that quarrel was started on 06.09.2014 in between the wife of the informant and Buchhni Devi, mother of the petitioner in the courtyard of Indal Sah .At that time petitioner threw the acid (Harpic) at the wife of the informant .While the informant tried to snatch the bottle of acid, same was thrown on his wife.

Learned counsel appearing in behalf of the petitioner submits that in course of quarrel the mother of the petitioner sustained acid injury. Moreover, the injury sustained on the person

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17876 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 2/2 of Shashi Devi is simple which would appear from Annexure 5 to the supplementary affidavit and the petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jitendra Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 149 of 2014.
