This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sabour P.S.Case No.157 of 2017 , registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of causing death of the deceased and the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and it further appears that the investigation is going on against the petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner may renew his prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38252 of 2017 (3) dt.31-08-2017 2/2 bail before the court concerned after submission of the chargesheet, who will pass an appropriate order, on the basis of materials available in the case diary.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
