The petitioner seeks bail in Sonepur P.S. Case No.437 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that motor-cycle was stolen away and the same was recovered from the possession of Lalu Sahni and who has named this petitioner.

Looking to the nature of allegation and criminal history of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail at this stage. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17044 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2016 renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months in jail custody.
