23-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

At an earlier occasion vide order dated 13.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43548/2016 (Annexure-1) prayer for bail was rejected giving a liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer after framing of charge as well as appearance of the driver. From Annexure-3, it is evident that charge had already been framed while from Annexure-4, it is evident that driver had surrendered. Accordingly, petitioner Dhanji Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sixth Addl.
