The petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2019 in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.203 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the physical possession of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedents.
