The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354(B), 427, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the F.I.R named accused persons including petitioners, assaulted the informant, her son and tried to outrage the modesty of the informant. The accused persons also snatched silver chain and cash of rupees fifteen

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1567 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/3 hundreds from the daughter and son of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. Moreover, for the alleged occurrence of 05.09.2021, the F.I.R has been registered on 06.09.2021. The injury reports suggests that all the injuries are simple in nature except one injury sustained by the informant but that injury is not on the vital part of the body. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
