The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Trial No.56 of 2015 arising out of Turkaulia P.S. Case No.441 of 2013 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 376G/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioner and others raped a minor girl, aged about twelve years, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
