The present writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to consider the representation, filed by the petitioner on the post of Agriculture Coordinator under reserve seat of BC II female category and after considering the representation to appoint the petitioner on the post of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2399 of 2018(3) dt.18-09-2023 2/2 Agriculture Coordinator in her reserved seat of BC II female category, not under General category.

3. A counter affidavit is on record of the Commission stating that in absence of Non Creamy Layer certificate, the lady was considered under General category and as such, her claim is fit to be rejected.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be given liberty to agitate the matter before an appropriate authority.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
