2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 263 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. For committed loot, unknown accused persons have stabbed the victim and thereafter, they tied the hands, legs and mouth of the victim and threw him. Mobile phone, Rs. 22,000/- and one watch was looted by the accused persons. The petitioners' name have come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused. Other materials have also come against the petitioners to connect them in the case. The looted mobile

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67200 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 phones have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 04.07.2024.

4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
