The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 1AA, 1AAA, 1B, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the other co-accused person.
