The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was returning from Bakhtiyarpur to his home, this petitioner alongwith 3 - 4 persons, on the point of pistol, snatched the cash of Rs. Fifteen thousand and one golden locket from the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and no looted article has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2019. Chargesheet has already been submitted. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, Barh, District - Patna in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019.
