Versus

1. The State of Bihar.

.... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Madhu Prasun For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Dilip Kumar (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Nawada Town P.S. Case No.416 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 452, 354(B), 376 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier this Court vide order dated 11.2.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37049 of 2014 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that supervision note shows that petitioner has not committed any offence against the lady but it does not dispute that in the case diary materials are against him.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28837 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
