JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 This case has been notified today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" in Chambers at 2.15 on the basis of filing mentioning slip by learned counsel for the petitioner before Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that due to typing error in first paragraph as well as in prayer portion of main petition of Cr. Misc. No. 62281 of 2019, in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur", it has wrongly been typed as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur", and due to above stated error, the same error has occurred in last paragraph of order dated 18.12.2019. Learned counsel of the petitioner further submits that he had already filed a supplementary affidavit dated 24.9.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62281 of 2019(3) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 for removal of the said defects.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, in last paragraph of order dated 18.12.2019, in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur", it be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur", and, accordingly, order dated 18.12.2019 stands modified to the above stated extent only.
