JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.
Considering the nature of accusation, particularly, the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
