Patna High Court CWJC No.3718 of 2018(3) dt.28-06-2019 2/2 litigation inasmuch as every election is regulated under a statute and every grievance whether on merits of the election or on corrupt practices has to be raised thereunder. Besides such legal position so well settled, it is stated at the bar by Mr. Manish Dhari Singh, A.C. to A.G that the election in question itself has been declared null and void by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
