The present petition has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the motorcycle of the informant having been stolen by unknown thieves. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that though the petitioner is accused in one other case but he is on bail in the said case. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58804 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 custody since 21.06.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, this Court deems it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019, G.R.
