Having regard to the solitary grievance of the petitioner that despite his complying the order of transfer issued by the Directorate of Welfare and his joining in the office of the District Welfare, Madhubani, his earlier controlling authority, namely, District Welfare Officer, Nawada, is neither issuing the L.P.C. nor sending the service book resulting in withholding of the salary of the petitioner ever since February, 2015, this Court, instead of keeping this writ application

Patna High Court CWJC No.8998 of 2015 dt.14-07-2015 pending, would find it necessary to direct both the Director of the Welfare and the District Welfare Officer, Nawada to ensure that if the transfer order of the petitioner is a valid order and he has been rightly joined in the office of the District Welfare Officer, Madhubani, his service book and L.P.C. should be sent forthwith and in any even not beyond a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. If, for any reason, the District Welfare Officer, Madhubani or the Director, Welfare finds such prayer of the petitioner to be unreasonable or inadmissible, he must pass an order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
