This application has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with Kasim Bazar P. S. Case No. 94 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against unknown persons is of committing theft in the house of informant. No incriminating article has been recovered either from his possession or from the house of the petitioner except one small bag and one net. Petitioner is a fisherman and has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
