2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109, 352 and 125(b) of the B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner abused her and tried to kill her husband by choking. The informant further alleged that the petitioner assaulted her by means of iron daab due to which she sustained injury.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has

No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and she in in custody since 22.07.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner being a lady as well as she has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 375 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the Court and with a further condition that :
