2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 110, 111(3), 61(2) of the BNS and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, two criminals, planning a loot were caught by the police and the petitioner is named as one of the accused, who had fled from the spot.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2025.

5. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63964 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2025, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Motihari Town Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
