2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the matter can be adjudicated by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Munger but the same is not functioning. However, he submitted that the petitioner may be given liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority which may be directed to consider the matter.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11398 of 2017 dt.10-10-2017 2/2 State Appellate Authority with regard to the present matter.

5. If such an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority, within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off expeditiously and within the statutory period without unsuiting the petitioner on the ground that there is no order of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Munger.
