The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Suiya P.S. Case no. 48 of 2019, registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

The accusation is that on 03.06.2019, Sri Guru Rice Mill was searched from where 200 plastic bags of rice were recovered, but plastic bags was of common use which indicates about keeping of rice for black marketing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the proprietor of Sri Guru Rice Mill from where 200 plastic bags rice were recovered. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M.
