2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 302, 34, 147, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, the informant alleged that the petitioner and co-accused persons killed murder of her son.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in this present case. The informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence. There is no specific allegation levelled

No.65835 of 2023(3) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 against the petitioner rather the petitioner is wife of the deceased and due to family dispute the deceased committed suicide by hanging himself. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, she is languishing in judicial custody since 06.06.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of Bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as judicial custody as well as being lady, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
