Petitioners being the brother and brother's wife of the husband of the victim have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the husband of the victim has already acquitted.

Considering the fact that earlier anticipatory bail was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 16180 of 2014, this Court is not inclined to consider the fresh prayer for anticipatory bail. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners that the husband of the victim has already been acquitted.
