The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is mentioned in the written report that petitioner entered into the house of the informant and after closing her mouth thrashed her on ground at the point of pistol, removed her cloth and committed rape with her. As such, there is specific allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38848 of 2017 (2) dt.28-08-2017 2/2 Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
