Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant, his cousin brother Bhola Mali and his wife with farsha. It is alleged that co-accused Heera Lal Mali snatched gold chain worth Rs. 30,000/- from the neck of the informant. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Ghogardiha P.S. Case No. 33 of 2014,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34530 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.
