The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, four unknown miscreants, on the point of pistol, snatched motorcycle and cash from the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has come during course of investigation. No looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and til date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 10.08.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 428 of 2021.
