The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because there was dispute with regard to vacating the mobile shop which the petitioner has given to the informant for running the same, the informant has filed the present case making false allegation.

Considering the nature of allegation mad against the petitioner and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date
