Learned counsel for the petitioner admit that after filing of the writ application, respondents paid salary from May, 2017 to December, 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. Further the Court, while passing the order, observe that the respondents are under legal and moral obligation to ensure payment of salary to the Teachers, if they have worked. For the payment of salary, Teacher is not expected to approach this Court by filing writ petition. In the event the petitioner is compelled to approach this Court for direction in relation to payment of the salary for the period the petitioner worked, the
