The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Birpur P.S. Case No.14/15 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 436 and 354 of the I.P.C. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36828 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 persons have been named as accused in the present case. It is further submitted that there is also another case bearing Birpur P.S. Case No.15/15 filed by petitioner no.13 of the present case. Considering the omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within three weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Birpur, Supaul, in Birpur P.S.
