ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-07-2015 The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 06.06.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Katihar in Cr. Rev. No. 143 of 2013 by which he has remanded the records of Falka (Poinia) P.S. Case No. 70 of 2011 making certain observations with regard to the offence which is made out.

Considering that it is for the Magistrate to consider as to what offence is made out, this application is disposed off with direction to him to look into the records of the case and pass appropriate order at relevant stage.
