JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,323,332,333,307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant being police officer went to arrest one Mantu Singh when protest was made by the villagers, they attacked the police party and assaulted with lathi as a result of which some police personnel received injury. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is against the mob and the injury has been found to be simple in nature. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that co accused Pappu Singh

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29853 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 and Pankaj Kumar Singh have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 16968 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
