Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti OP) P.S.Case no.125/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner no.3 is of assault by Sikar to the informant causing injury and petitioner no.1 and 2 are said to have damaged the Tempo.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case bet went the parties and the injuries on the person of informant is simple in nature,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64566 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 which will appear from the impugned order also and the nature of the injuries is not mentioned in the impugned order. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM XIII, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.s.Case No.125/19, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the above direction, this application is allowed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) chn/- U T
