JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2023 In the second supplementary counter-affidavit filed on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, it is stated in paragraph 5 that the concerned University through its Registrar vide letter dated 10.11.2022 has intimated that both B.Sc. (CA & BM) and B.Sc. (Ag.) degrees are equivalent to qualify for the technical requirement for selections. In paragraph 6 it is stated that in the light of aforesaid facts now necessary further steps shall be taken by the respondent authorities.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.3276 of 2018(14) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 authorities to consider the case of the petitioner to the post of Agriculture Coordinator and take all the necessary steps within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
