JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-08-2017 The petitioner has filed the instant petition seeking release of the vehicle, Bolero Pick-up bearing Registration No. BR08G-2151, which has been seized by the Bariyarpur police station and criminal case bearing Bariyarpur P.S. case no. 129 of 2016 has been registered against the petitioner and Confiscation case no. 23/2016-17 is pending before the District Collector, Munger.

Considering the fact that in various cases pending finalization of the criminal case and the confiscation proceeding vehicles are released, we allow this application and direct for release of the vehicle in question, Bolero Pick-up bearing

Patna High Court CWJC No.11525 of 2017 (2) dt.18-08-2017 2/2 Registration No. BR08G-2151 to the petitioner on furnishing surety bonds to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Munger in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. case no. 129 of 2016 and on the petitioner further undertaking not to alienate or deal with the vehicle in question in any manner adverse to the interest of the State.

With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
