ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419,420,468 and 417 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thought there was some discrepancy in the Madhyama certificate in pursuance of which the petitioner was appointed as Aganwari Sevika, she resigned on the same day after realizing the mistake. He further submits that in view of the petitioner's resignation, no element of criminality remains and, therefore, the First Information Report instituted against her is wholly misconceived.
